Funded by the Pennsylvania Treasury Department and administerd by AFC First, the Keystone Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) is a low-interest loan program for homeowners to make their homes more energy efficient. Many efficiency improvements are covered by the program, including improvements to heating and cooling systems, upgrades to windows, doors, insulation and siding and upgrades of lighting and ceiling fans. The Pennsylvania Energy Development Authority (PEDA) issues funding solicitations to support advanced energy research and deployment projects, and to assist businesses interested in locating or expanding advanced energy operations in Pennsylvania. PEDA's April 2005 solicitation offered $10 million in grants, loans and loan guarantees to support in-state projects, manufacturing or research involving solar energy; wind; low-impact hydropower; geothermal; biologically-derived methane gas, including landfill gas; biomass; fuel cells; coal-mine methane; waste coal; integrated gasification combined cycle, and; demand management measures, including recycled energy and energy recovery, energy efficiency and load management. Adams Electric Cooperative - Energy Resource Conservation (ERC) and Supplemental Loan Program

Summary:
Adams Electric Cooperative offers financing to help its residential customers increase the energy efficiency of their homes through their Energy Resource Conservation (ERC) and Supplemental Loan Program. Loans are processed by credit application, credit check, credit tests and credit documents. Residents who qualify for a loan can borrow up to $25,000 with terms of 1-7 years for installations in either existing or new houses. Summary:
The West Penn Power Sustainable Energy Fund (WPPSEF) promotes the use of renewable energy and clean energy among commercial, industrial, institutional and residential customers in the West Penn market region. Eligible projects include energy produced from solar, wind, low-impact hydro, and sustainable biomass such as closed-loop biomass and biomass gasification. Clean energy refers to advanced technologies, including landfill gas and fuel cells, which use fossil fuels but have significantly lower emissions and waste than current commercialized technologies and fuels derived from waste.
