Central Alabama Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Electric Cooperative, offers the Touchstone Energy® Home Program. Touchstone Energy Homes qualify for Dual Fuel or Geothermal rebates and water heaters. In order to qualify homes must follow seven of the eleven guidelines of a Touchstone Home.
