Central Alabama Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Electric Cooperative, offers the Touchstone Energy® Home Program. Touchstone Energy Homes qualify for Dual Fuel or Geothermal rebates and water heaters. In order to qualify homes must follow seven of the eleven guidelines of a Touchstone Home. To see a complete list click here. The rebates are offered from $200-$1200 depending on tonnage and system type. Participants also qualify for a reduced price, and in some cases free, water heater.
